The Child's Piano
It sat there sad and lonely
In a store all full of dust
Until she came to give him trust
A child and him now full of glee
She banged and plinked on all the notes
Piano loved that little girl
As chords of music whirled and twirled
Until she learned to play by rote
The pentascales in key of C
Piano felt so proud of her
The songs she played were clean and pure
The two in perfect harmony
